The technical advantage of Sonortimpani lies in the unimpeded transfer of vibration from the head to theshell. The design of the Sonor rotary timpani is based on nearly 100years of experience by Sonor in the construction of timpani. Malletssold separately. The legs of the drum are height-adjustable; the lowestsetting is at approx. 24-3/8″ total height (from the floor to the top ofthe drum), and the highest setting is at approx. 36″ total height.
